Thierry was born and raised in Houston and he is the son of immigrants from Cameroon. He is a lifelong public servant who has been an organizer, civil servant in the White House Office of Management and Budget, staffer on President Biden’s campaign, and most recently a nonprofit executive at one of Texas’ largest non-profits providing home repairs to seniors, veterans, and low-income families at no cost to the homeowner.
