The purpose of this survey is to help us learn more about the needs of the various cultural groups in our community , their concerns and preferences in order to come up with matching resources that will improve them individually and the community as a whole. All Participants will be entered in a draw and the winner will get a $50 gift card to dine in one of the restaurants listed on our CEREN business directory
